We are looking for a Certified Montessori Teacher with a passion for early childhood education. You will lead a mixed-age classroom, implement a Montessori-aligned curriculum, and guide students through individualized learning experiences that support their academic, social, and emotional growth.

- Create and implement a comprehensive, Montessori-aligned curriculum.
- Guide children in developing foundational literacy, numeracy, and practical life skills.
- Foster positive social and emotional development in a multi-age classroom.
- Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and engaging Montessori environment.
- Observe, document, and assess each child's progress and developmental milestones.
- Communicate regularly with families to build strong school-home connections.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership to ensure best practices and support.
Qualifications
- Montessori Certification (AMS or AMI required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of Texas Minimum Standards for Childcare Licensing (a plus).
- Experience working in an early childhood or preschool setting.
- Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development principles.
- Excellent communication, observation, and classroom management skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
